Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with 3-5 years of driving experience and a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass background checks, motor vehicle record checks, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for passengers using the autonomous shuttle service.
• Explain autonomous vehicle technology to riders in simple terms.
• Serve as an ambassador, representing Beep professionally to the public and stakeholders.
• Proactively monitor vehicle systems and autonomous driving performance during operations.
• Maintain real-time communications with Beep Command Center and report status.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure readiness for service.
• Assist with basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and passenger-ready conditions throughout shifts.
