Job summary

Flowdesk is a cloud-native crypto market-making firm operating across regulated jurisdictions. As part of the Secure Engineering team, you will configure and maintain IT systems, focusing on identity, endpoint, networking, backup, and SaaS platforms.

The role suits someone who can run projects end-to-end with minimal input from senior management while keeping the wider IT operations loop active; you will participate in an on-call rota and provide cross-department IT support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in IT engineering or a similar technical role in SaaS-heavy, regulated environments.
• Experience with modern IT stacks in regulated environments including SaaS, identity, office networking and endpoint platforms.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal senior management input while remaining collaborative.
• Comfortable in a small, high-ownership team and working with cross-functional peers.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain IT systems across the organization within enterprise cloud-native platforms.
• Source and evaluate new tooling; perform vendor assessments and propose designs.
• Own the lifecycle of existing vendor products: day-to-day operations, maintenance, deployments.
• Run projects end-to-end with minimal input from leadership while looping in the team.
• Participate in an IT on-call rota and manage ticket queues; provide IT support as needed.
