Job summary

Knightscope is seeking a Mission Advisor to own a U.S. territory, engaging Chief Security Officers and security leaders to architect the right mix of autonomous machines, licensed agents, and Mission Intelligence into one managed Force.

You will run working sessions, not pitches, and own the entire contract lifecycle from first briefing to live operation. You are the operator our clients meet first, accountable for design, scope, and delivery of a complete ASF program across multiple sites and

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling complex, high-consideration services or solutions (physical security, managed services, contract security, facilities, or enterprise technology with a services component).
• Track record advising and selling to Chief Security Officers, security directors, or facilities leadership; operational credibility to hold that room.

Responsibilities

• Own a territory of Chief Security Officers and security decision-makers across enterprise, critical infrastructure, healthcare, education, transit, and government.
• Run working sessions, not pitches; define the outcomes a client’s security program must deliver location by location.
• Architect complete Autonomous Security Force programs (licensed security agents, autonomous machines, Mission Intelligence) into one Force under one contract.
• Manage complex, multi-site, multi-stakeholder sales cycles end to end from prospecting through contract with disciplined pipeline hygiene in our CRM.
• Expand accounts over time by landing the right entry point and growing with machines and Mission Intelligence as trust is earned.
• Represent Knightscope at industry events and client briefings as a credible peer to security leadership.
