We are seeking an Autonomous Security Engineer, Customer Solutions to operate at the intersection of autonomous offensive security, technical consulting, and customer engineering. You’ll be on the front lines of customer engagements, using Apex and the Pensar platform to run autonomous pentests, curate and present findings, deploy Pensar inside customer environments, and help security teams integrate autonomous offensive security into their programs.
This role is customer-facing by design. You’ll own the technical relationship with customers from initial deployment through ongoing engagements, acting as the bridge between their security teams and Pensar’s engineering and research organization. Everything you learn in the field will feed directly back into the product, helping us make Pensar more capable, reliable, and effective in real-world environments.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable in a terminal investigating an attack path with Apex, on a Zoom with a CISO walking through findings, and working with our engineering team to figure out why an autonomous agent struggled with a particular environment.
