Nectar Roofing is seeking a motivated Sales Project Manager in Kansas to own the full sales and project lifecycle, from lead generation to close. You will educate homeowners on roofing options, help with insurance claims, and ensure a smooth handoff to production.

Qualifications

• Completion of Nectar Roofing Academy training and first independent sale.
• Strong ability to sell and manage a sales cycle end-to-end.
• Ability to operate with minimal supervision and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales and project lifecycle from lead to close.
• Generate leads via canvassing, storm outreach, referrals, and networking.
• Educate homeowners on roofing options and the insurance claims process.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure on-time completion.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to drive referrals and long-term relationships.
• Manage payments and project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
