Entune Behavioral Health is seeking a licensed medical professional to provide outpatient behavioral health services in Tucson, AZ. The role involves counseling, evaluations, medication management, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

You will document patient histories, develop diagnostic and treatment plans, order tests, coordinate care with specialists, and participate in team meetings. Full-time duties emphasize quality patient care in a clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Arizona medical license.
• Current and unrestricted DEA certificate.
• Current CPR, AED, First Aid, DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card certifications.
• Effective communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi‑task.
• Takes initiative, creative, has problem‑solving ability, adaptable, and flexible.
• Ability to work without direct supervision and practice autonomously.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Counsels and educates patients and families about acute and chronic conditions or concerns.
• Documents items such as chief complaint, past medical, family, and social history, review of systems, examinations, medications, allergies, assessment, and plan.
• Formulates diagnostic and treatment plans.
• Assists with oversight of therapist intakes as applicable based on insurance requirements.
• Prescribes and administers medications, therapies, and procedures.
• Orders lab and imaging tests to determine and manage an immediate treatment plan and provides advice on follow up.
• Completes integrated healthcare referrals internally and externally as requested and as medically necessary.
• Responsible for the coordination of care with specialists and appropriate ancillary services.
• Attends interdisciplinary team meetings and provides consultation as applicable.
• Completes all documentation and paperwork in a timely manner (48 hours) in the electronic healthcare record.
• Maintains quality of care standards as defined by the practice.
