Recovery Centers of Montana seeks an APRN who will provide psychiatric and addiction-focused medical care across our ranch and lodge campuses. This on-site role operates with autonomous practice, limited on-site nursing support, and remote physician consultation.

You will manage buprenorphine, naltrexone, and other medications for opioid and alcohol use disorders. The APRN will perform psychiatric evaluations, diagnose using DSM and ASAM criteria, and coordinate care with nurses, therapists, and

Qualificações

• Master’s degree or Doctorate in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Current, unrestricted Montana APRN license or eligibility to obtain before hire.
• Current national PMHNP-BC certification or equivalent.
• Active DEA registration to prescribe controlled substances, including buprenorphine.
• Demonstrated competence in prescribing and managing MAT.
• BLS certification.
• Willingness to travel between Ranch and Lodge campuses.

Responsabilidades

• Provide psychiatric and addiction-focused medical care at Ranch and Lodge campuses.
• Prescribe, monitor, and adjust psychotropic and MAT medications.
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests.
• Manage crises and coordinate higher level of care when needed.
• Educate clients and families about diagnoses, meds, side effects, and recovery roles.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and remote physicians for complex cases.
