Qualifications

• Ground-up commercial construction experience required.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and change order management.
• Proven ability to independently manage projects from A-Z.
• Experience with retail, medical office, self-storage, or commercial interiors preferred.
• Self-starter with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsabilités

• Manage commercial projects from preconstruction through final closeout
