Michael Page is seeking a Construction Project Manager for the Greater Philadelphia market. You will lead the project team, manage schedules and budgets, ensure QA/QC, and coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and vendors on ground-up industrial and commercial projects.

The role requires 5+ years of commercial construction PM experience, a related Bachelor's degree, OSHA certification preferred, and strong communication and PM software skills.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Proficient in project management software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership to the project team.
• Develop assigned staff toward strong performance.
• Build rapport with architects, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Interpret and administer contracts and subcontract agreements.
• Establish and implement the project schedule.
• Manage budget and financial reporting.
• Analyze reports to ensure budget adherence.
• Oversee QA/QC program.
• Lead risk evaluations, contract negotiations, and pricing decisions.
