Job summary

Curana Health is seeking a mission-driven Physician to deliver high-quality, person-centered care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. You'll be a trusted clinical leader for your patients, a mentor to APPs, and an advocate for residents, enjoying a level of flexibility and independence rarely found in medicine today.

Qualifications

• Medical degree and license to practice in the United States.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Experience with EMR systems and value-based care workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care with new patient histories and physicals.
• Routinely round at least weekly and collaborate with APPs.
• Mentor APPs and lead clinical care improvements across the team.
• Drive quality improvements and advocate for residents' needs.
• Represent Curana Health’s mission and values in the communities served.

Education

MD/DO degree

Board Certified (IM, FM, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine)
