Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience preferred, but enthusiasm is required.
• Must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program and be licensed to practice in California.
• Energetic, curious, and empathetic patient care daily.
• Willingness to continue investing in learning, training, and reading.
• Clear and timely communication with patients and clinic staff.
• Current certification with Redcord/Certified Redcord Neurac Practitioner is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Treat clients 1-on-1 for full 60-minute sessions.
• Develop and progress individualized plans of care.
• Own your caseload, including follow-up with new patients or those who fall off.
• Communicate clearly with patients about condition, plan, and expectations.
• Help patients stay consistent and complete their plan of care.
• Communicate the value of care and patient investment.
• Document thoroughly and on time with attention to detail.
• Contribute to a high-end, thoughtful patient experience from start to finish.
• Participate in team learning, collaboration, and ongoing improvement.
