A role for the passionate PT who wants autonomy, depth, & a career that is sustainable.
- Time to problem solve and treat the way you know is right
- Sustainable pace – no rushing between patients
- Patients invested in their outcomes
Who this role is for (and not for)
You’ll thrive here if...
You own outcomes
- You notice what needs to be done and follow it through – whether that's following up with a patient who's dropped off, revising and tightening up a plan of care, or solving a problem before someone has to ask.
You’re driven to keep improving
- You're intrinsically motivated to get better. You seek out and absorb feedback, seek mentorship, and pursue learning because you care not only about mastering your craft, but also learning new things.
You communicate clearly and confidently
- You can connect the dots for patients, explain your thinking simply (in patient friendly language), and help people understand why your recommendations matter.
You thrive in a small, high-trust team
- You like working with people who care, collaborate, and hold a high bar for standards. You pitch in, share ideas, and treat teammates with respect.
You want time and space to be an excellent clinician
- You became a PT to think deeply, to solve complex neuromuscular problems, and deliver meaningful care – not to race between patients while maximizing insurance billing codes and hoping for the best.
This role will probably not feel like a fit if...
- You're looking for a low-responsibility job where you can coast
- You tend to wait to be told what to do instead of taking initiative
- You avoid feedback or have a hard time implementing it consistently
- You only fully engage when a patient fits your "ideal" case
- You enjoy and prefer speed and volume over depth and follow-through
- You're uncomfortable having direct, honest conversations with patients about expectations and value
