Job summary

Peak Physical Therapy and Sports Performance in the Greater South Shore is seeking a Physical Therapist who wants to actually practice, not chase productivity numbers. This Highbar Practice centers clinical autonomy, mentorship, and a career designed to prevent burnout.

You’ll work 1:1 with patients, maintain low daily volumes, and access a structured onboarding, ongoing mentorship, and leadership support as you grow clinically.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Active PT license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Desire to grow clinically and contribute to a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care.
• Practice at the top of your license with PT-led clinical decisions.
• Collaborate with leadership and mentors.
