Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a part-time role in skilled nursing facilities.

You will manage your own panel, provide primary and episodic care, and build lasting relationships with residents and their families. This position offers flexible scheduling, 6-hour morning rounds, no on-call, charting from home, and productivity-based pay with potential earnings up to $624 per day.

Qualifications

• Board-certified NP or PA with active/unrestricted license.
• State license active in Georgia.
• Experience in skilled nursing/long-term care preferred.
• Ability to exercise independent clinical judgment in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• See 16–20 patients daily, including wellness visits and acute issues.
• Coordinate with doctors, specialists, and facility staff to ensure seamless care.
• Document visits and complete charting; use integrated EHR and dictation tools.
• Participate in care conferences and maintain communication with families.
