The position includes a 12-week mentorship schedule, structured onboarding with leadership, and ongoing professional development investments of $15,000+ in the first 18–24 months, plus in-house residency pathways and specialized training

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Active PT license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Desire to grow clinically and contribute to a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care with top-of-license decision-making.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain low burnout and clear workload.
• Engage in mentorship and professional development activities.
• Utilize AI-supported EMR to streamline documentation.
