FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver one-on-one care to older adults in Edison, NJ, including private homes and senior living communities. You will evaluate, plan, and provide evidence-based therapy while promoting independence and quality of life through the Geriatric House Calls model.

Qualifikationen

• Active EMR documentation and basic computer skills.
• Current CPR certification.
• Licensed OT in New Jersey or eligibility to obtain.
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

• Provide one-on-one Occupational therapy to older adults in homes or senior living settings.
• Perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions to support mobility, independence, and safety.
