Fox Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to serve Neptune, NJ, delivering one-on-one in-home and senior living care. You will evaluate patients, craft plans of care, and administer evidence-based therapy to improve mobility and independence, documenting in our EMR and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team.

You’ll enjoy scheduling flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful patient outcomes, with telehealth options to extend access where appropriate within our Geriatric

Qualificações

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in NJ or eligibility to obtain.
• Degree from an accredited OT program.
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one occupational therapy to older adults in homes or senior living settings.
• Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions to improve mobility, independence, and function.
• Document in FOX’s EMR per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote safety and aging in place.
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate.
