Job summary

Able Rehab Staffing LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our growing team in Denver, CO. You select the coverage area that works for you with no minimum visit requirements and full autonomy over your preferred coverage area.

This role offers flexible placement options as a 1099 Independent Contractor or W-2 employment, with a supportive rehab staffing organization dedicated to therapist growth and patient independence.

Qualifications

• Must have degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Colorado state OT license is required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and functional abilities to develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' daily living and work skills
• Educate patients and their families on adaptive techniques, assistive devices, and home modification strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and facility standards
