Job summary

Able Rehab Staffing LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team on a PRN or part-time basis in Colorado. You will assess, plan, and implement rehab interventions to enhance clients' daily living skills and independence.

The role offers flexible scheduling and autonomy over patient geography, with COTA support available if desired. This position emphasizes client-centered care and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Colorado.
• Strong understanding of rehabilitation principles and treatment techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve clients' daily living skills and overall quality of life.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and support.
• Educate clients and their families on treatment strategies and home exercises.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans in compliance with regulations.

About the Role:

Join Able Rehab Staffing LLC as an Occupational Therapist, OT and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients. We are looking for passionate professionals who are eager to provide high-quality rehabilitation services in a supportive and collaborative environment. Our pay is per visit nd dependent on visit type. We offer flexibility and autonomy over your schedule and you set your geograohy of where you will accept patients. No weekly minimum visit requirement as this is a PRN or Part-Time opportunity.

Build your caseload as you eval and treat patients, not just fill in! COTA available if you prefer!
