Job summary

Able Rehab Staffing LLC is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Denver, CO team. You select your coverage area and enjoy no minimum visit requirements, with full autonomy over your schedule and assignments.

We offer 1099 Independent Contractor or W-2 employment, a flexible schedule, and a supportive team dedicated to helping therapists grow while making a meaningful difference in patients' lives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Colorado state OT license
• CPR/BLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and functional abilities to develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' daily living and work skills
• Educate patients and their families on adaptive techniques, assistive devices, and home modification strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and facility standards

Education
