Job summary

Bright Now! Dental & Orthodontics, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking a dentist to lead patient care with clinical autonomy within a collaborative network. You will lead patient exams, discuss treatment options, and foster strong patient relationships across a supportive community.

Requirements include a DDS or DMD, an active US state license, CPR certification, and DEA credentials (or in progress). Sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school.
• Active state dental license.
• CPR Certification.
• DEA License (or in process of obtaining).
• Controlled Substance License (if required by the state).

Responsibilities

• Lead patient exams and craft treatment plans tailored to individuals.
• Maintain clinical autonomy with full support.
• Build patient relationships and ensure ethical and legal standards.

Education
