Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation, part of BrightSpring Health Services, offers a Physical Therapist position focused on neuro rehab in home and community settings. You will deliver one-on-one care with high autonomy, managing your schedule and caseload to achieve real-world functional outcomes.

The role emphasizes true clinical autonomy, flexible weekly planning, and a patient-centered approach in diverse home-based environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the practicing state.
• Current BLS or CPR certification as required by state regulations.
• Minimum of one year’s PT experience preferred.
• Demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury.
• Communicates effectively and professionally in verbal and written interactions.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds; moving, lifting, or transferring may require up to 100 pounds.
• Physical requirements include standing/walking for extended periods and other maneuvers.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations with home and community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to treatment team, physician, patient and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to improve patient outcomes.

Skills
