Job summary

Renalus Center for Kidney Care seeks a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Nephrologist to join our established, physician-led practice serving Northwest Florida and Southern Alabama. The position offers a starting compensation of 325,000 USD annually, a 25,000 USD sign-on, and a potential pathway to partnership.

You will provide care across outpatient clinics, hospitals, and dialysis facilities, with scheduling flexibility and opportunity for long-term growth within a private practice setting.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Completion of Internal Medicine residency and Nephrology fellowship.
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Nephrology.
• Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in Florida and Alabama.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, treat, and manage patients with acute and chronic kidney diseases.
• Provide nephrology services across outpatient clinics, hospitals, and dialysis facilities.
• Conduct outpatient consultations, follow-ups, and ongoing management of kidney disease.
• Provide inpatient nephrology consultations and ongoing management of hospitalized patients.
• Oversee and manage patients receiving hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based guidelines.
• Coordinate care with primary care physicians, specialists, and dialysis staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation per clinical and regulatory requirements.
• Rotate through multiple clinics, hospitals, and dialysis facilities across the region.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical discussions.
• Establish and maintain hospital privileges and dialysis facility credentials.
