Renalus Center for Kidney Care in Northwest Florida is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Nephrologist to join our established, physician-led practice. You will provide comprehensive kidney care across outpatient clinics, hospitals, and dialysis facilities with autonomy and a flexible schedule.

Starting compensation is $325,000 annually with a $25,000 sign-on bonus and a clear partnership track. The role offers long-term professional and financial growth within a private, collaborative

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completed Internal Medicine residency and Nephrology fellowship.
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Nephrology; Florida and Alabama licensure eligibility.
• New fellowship graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic kidney diseases in diverse settings.
• Provide nephrology services across outpatient clinics, hospitals, and dialysis facilities.
• Conduct outpatient consultations and follow-up management of kidney patients.
• Provide inpatient nephrology consultations and ongoing care.
• Oversee hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis patients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based guidelines.
• Coordinate care with PCPs, specialists, dialysis staff, and teams.
• Maintain documentation and hospital/clinic privileges.
• Rotate through multiple clinics and facilities with scheduling flexibility.
• Collaborate with nephrologists, APPs, and support staff for coordinated care.
• Maintain professional relationships with patients and referrers.
