Renalus Center for Kidney Care in Pensacola, FL is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible nephrologist for a physician-led practice spanning outpatient clinics, hospitals, and dialysis facilities.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Completion of Internal Medicine residency and Nephrology fellowship.
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Nephrology.
• Eligible for unrestricted Florida and Alabama licensure.
• Ability to obtain hospital and dialysis facility privileges.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered care.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with physicians and teams.
• New fellowship graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic kidney diseases.
• Provide nephrology services across outpatient clinics, hospitals, and dialysis facilities.
• Conduct outpatient consultations and follow-ups for kidney disease.
• Provide inpatient nephrology consultations and ongoing management.
• Oversee patients on hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
• Develop individualized treatment plans per guidelines.
• Coordinate care with PCPs, specialists, and dialysis staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation per regulations.
