Job summary

The Annual Dialysis Conference is seeking a full-time nephrologist to join a small, established practice in Fairhope, AL. The role includes outpatient, inpatient and dialysis rounds with a path to partnership and joint venture investments.

The ideal candidate will be MD/DO, completed nephrology fellowship, Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine and Nephrology, and eligible for H1 sponsorship if needed. Competitive salary, strong benefits, and a $25,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of a nephrology fellowship.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine and Nephrology.
• H1 sponsorship available for exceptional candidates.

Responsibilities

• Provide nephrology care to outpatient and inpatient patients.
• Participate in dialysis rounds and patient management.
• Collaborate with a team of 3 providers and 2.5 NPs.
• Develop partnerships and contribute to practice growth.
