Job summary

Trucking Talent Solutions is seeking experienced rideshare drivers for a front-line autonomous testing program. You will ensure safety, maintain vehicle readiness, and participate in software and hardware testing while representing the brand publicly.

You will interact with teams across computer vision, infrastructure, and strategy, gaining exposure to vehicle engineering and ride operations in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year driving experience with a valid license.
• Must have a clean driving record with no DUIs in the last 5 years.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Willing to work in various weather conditions and on different roads.
• No job hoppers.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support vehicle operations and maintain readiness.
• Drive 4–8 hours per day with safety as priority.
• Operate basic software tasks related to testing.
• Provide feedback to engineering teams in writing and speech.
• Assist with vehicle maintenance and logistics tasks.
• Complete paperwork and documentation for vehicle readiness.
