Job summary

Moove AV, a leader in autonomous mobility, seeks a Financial Analyst to join the AV Finance team. You will own monthly reporting, build models, and support budget and forecast cycles as Moove AV scales.

Reporting to FP&A Manager, you will develop simulations for market expansion and fleet decisions, partner with cross-functional teams, and deliver actionable insights and dashboards for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA with Finance concentration preferred.
• 2–4 years of FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, or related analyst experience.
• Industry background in mobility, autonomous vehicles, rideshare, logistics, or fleet operations is a plus.
• Proven experience building recurring financial reports and supporting budgets/forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Own recurring monthly and quarterly management reports with budget vs. actual analysis.
• Build and maintain dashboards/reports in Excel and Google Sheets for Finance and leaders.
• Pull and reconcile data from ERP and other sources to keep reporting accurate.
• Track key metrics and flag trends, risks, and anomalies for FP&A Manager.
