Job summary

You will maintain haul and dump plans, validate system accuracy, and work with field teams to ensure alignment between virtual models and real-world operations. The role requires strong problem-solving, excellent communication across technical and operational teams, and the ability to pass assessments.

Qualifications

• Four years combined experience in mining or heavy industry.
• Proficient in computer operation.
• Strong problem-solving and situational awareness.
• Excellent communication across technical and operational teams.
• Must pass written assessment with an 80%+ score.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and refine autonomous mining environments and haul plans.
• Validate system accuracy and troubleshoot issues to support reliable autonomous operations.
• Coordinate with Pit Technicians; update system based on field conditions.
• Review weekly mine audits and adjust models to improve accuracy.
