Qualifications

• Two years of related operational experience in a mining environment.
• Proficiency in computer operation and applications.
• Action‑oriented approach with strong organizational and priority‑setting skills.
• Approachable communication style with active listening and customer focus.
• Ability to understand and apply English safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveys and validations of the Autonomous Operation Zone per health and safety guidelines.
• Identify truck behaviors requiring maintenance or optimization, and interact with the Autonomous Haulage System for manual interventions.
• Support task prioritization to meet shift objectives, complete and validate shift reports and handovers, and document follow‑up issues.
• Assist with daily pit inspections, validate mine model changes, and optimize system configuration for Autonomous Mining Truck performance, recover and intervene with trucks.
• Ensure timely communication with stakeholders, promote safe working relationships, coordinate with maintenance and engineering, and report autonomous‑related incidents.
