Courtney Manor in Michigan is seeking an experienced RN for MDS nursing to stay clinically involved in patient care without bedside duties. You will be organized, autonomous, and collaborate with a hard-working team focused on communication and quality care.

You will complete the MDS, CAA’s and care plans within regulated time frames, coordinate with physicians and other staff, and ensure PPS meetings follow the Medicare schedule while maintaining PPS boards. Experience with AANAC is preferred.

Formación

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Experience as an MDS Nurse; RAI/PPS knowledge strongly preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Completes the MDS, CAA’s and care plans within regulated time frames.
• Assesses resident through physical assessment, interview and chart review.
• Discusses resident care needs with care givers and physicians, nursing, social services, therapy, dietary and activity staff.
• Reviews information from hospital, consults and outside agencies for assessments and care planning.
• Coordinates and initiates significant changes to MDS.
• Conducts PPS meetings and maintains PPS board for Medicare days and RUGs usage.
• Keeps current with AANAC requirements.
