Job summary

Mondelez International in Portland, OR is hiring for an on-site role where you will operate and maintain equipment, following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards and PM processes to support safety, quality and efficiency. You will engage in continuous improvement and report equipment losses as part of daily operations.

The position requires High School education and offers a 4 on/4 off shift schedule, with shifts from 6:30 pm to 6:30 am or 6:30 am to 6:30 pm, plus healthcare, retirement

How you will contribute

You are a key ingredient in changing how the world snacks. With coaching, you will operate and maintain equipment to deliver on our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets. You will use execute all standard work processes on your equipment using AM (autonomous maintenance) and PM (progressive maintenance) standards and ensure that safety processes are observed, and that quality assurance activities are performed. You will understand the losses in their area and equipment and report them.

Salary and Benefits

The hourly wage for this position is $41.99/hour.
