Qualifications

Master’s Level Degree or higher in related fields.
Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC or Psychologist license (license based on office location).
Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus, but not required.
Maintain professional licensure and/or certification throughout employment with this agency.

Responsibilities

Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients.
Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
Create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances.
Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling, treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress and involve family members when appropriate.
