Job summary

HNL Lab Medicine, headquartered in Allentown, PA, seeks a skilled technologist to perform high/moderate/waived testing and operate advanced instrumentation. You will ensure accurate results, monitor critical values, and participate in QC and CSI initiatives while supporting clinical interpretation for physicians.

Qualifications

• Must meet CLIA 88 personnel requirements for high complexity testing.
• Associate’s degree in MLT from an accredited program is required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately performs high/moderate/waived testing per SOPs and uses advanced instrumentation.
• Recognizes and corrects instrument malfunctions and documents troubleshooting.
• Confirms, verifies and reports test results independently.
• Monitors results for reasonableness and critical values.
• Provides QC and contributes to performance improvement activities.
• Prepares and collects specimens for analysis.
