Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our inpatient team in Tyler, Texas. You will evaluate function, build realistic plans, measure progress, and adjust treatment to patient needs. We expect 2+ years of inpatient PT experience and licensure in Texas.

You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document care while maintaining high clinical standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy is required with licensure in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of inpatient PT experience preferred.
• Proficiency with therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, and DME as described.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition to determine function in daily tasks and mobility.
• Develop individualized treatment plans including assistive devices and DME.
• Implement therapy programs and monitor progress; adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, benefits, and risks.
• Document care timely and accurately per regulatory standards.
• Participate in professional development to stay current in PT trends.
