FOX Rehabilitation in Grand Blanc, MI seeks a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to deliver one-on-one geriatric care in homes and senior living communities. Schedule is flexible, with autonomy to manage visits and some telehealth options to extend care.

You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document in FOX’s EMR, and participate in ongoing education while helping older adults improve mobility, independence, and quality of life.

Qualificações

• Current license as Speech Language Pathologist in the state(s) of practice or eligibility to obtain.
• Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
• Current CPR certification.
• ASHA CCC or eligibility is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one Speech Language Pathology services to older adults in homes or senior living communities.
• Perform evaluations, create care plans, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy to support wellness, longevity, mobility, and independence.
• Document effectively in FOX’s EMR per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Fitness Specialists).
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place.
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate to extend access.
