Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to deliver one-on-one care to older adults in private residences and senior living communities across Knoxville, TN. You’ll evaluate, treat, and document with autonomy, flexibility, and a patient-centered focus.

The role supports telehealth and other virtual care options, collaborative teamwork with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists, and the ability to schedule your own appointments while improving mobility and independence for

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain.
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one PT to older adults in homes and living communities.
• Perform evaluations and develop individualized care plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy to promote mobility and independence.
• Document in FOX’s EMR per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place.
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate.
