Job summary

Accredo is seeking a Specialty Infusion Field Nurse to deliver life-changing care in patients' homes in the Alexandria, VA area. You will administer specialty medications, including IV infusions, and coordinate with pharmacists and care teams.

This full-time role requires an active RN license and at least 1 year in critical or home health care. Travel within a large region, mileage reimbursement or company car, and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• 1 year in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare; 2+ years in hospital or home health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective administration of specialty medications (including IV infusion) in patients' homes.
• Partner with pharmacists and care teams to ensure holistic patient well-being.
• Document assessments, treatments, and progress to maintain accurate patient records.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patient updates and care coordination.
• Demonstrate autonomy in clinical decision-making to achieve optimal outcomes.
