Job summary

Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and auto insurance.
- RNs with less than 12 months of experience must complete BSN within five years of start date.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to support patient goals.
- Provide patient education and caregiver education in home settings.
- Utilize nursing process and ensure safe medication administration.
