Job summary

Intermountain Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for a Home Health and Hospice role based in St George, Utah. This fully remote, part-time position offers autonomous practice, specialized home-based care, and a supportive interdisciplinary team.

You will assess, plan, and deliver evidence-based nursing care in patients' homes, with opportunities to develop wound care, IV monitoring, and caregiver education.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.
• BSN required by 2025; those hired before may follow prior requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and deliver evidence-based home nursing care.
• Utilize technology and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Provide patient/caregiver education and wound/IV care when appropriate.
