Goodwin Home Health is seeking a dedicated full-time Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality care at patients’ homes in the Alexandria, VA area. You will conduct detailed assessments, develop individualized Plans of Care, and provide therapeutic services under physician directives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
• Active Physical Therapy License in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
• Prior home health care experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Possess a driver’s license, proof of automobile insurance and readily available, reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead detailed patient assessments to devise individualized Plans of Care.
• Offer expert physical therapy in the Home Health sphere as per physician directives.
• Collaborate closely with the broader team, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
• Streamline communication with referring physicians, maintaining thorough and timely documentation.
