Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in Tennessee.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and the care team.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions designed to improve function and quality of life.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility strategies, and treatment goals.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Complete documentation in accordance with state and company guidelines.
