Job summary

Skydio, the leading US drone company, is seeking Fall 2026 interns or Co-ops for our Hardware Test & Reliability Team in the United States. You will contribute to testing hardware and software, and help validate autonomous flying systems across consumer and commercial use cases.

You'll join a cross-functional, fast-paced environment to design and execute test plans, analyze data, perform failure analyses, and support reliability improvements throughout the product development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Pursuing STEM degree with interest in hardware and software test.
• Willingness to contribute to hardware/software test and validation.
• Ability to analyze data and document results clearly.
• Interest in reliability and failure analysis across systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement hardware/software test plans for performance and reliability validation.
• Analyze data, calculate statistics, and document trends for design improvements.
• Perform failure analysis to identify root causes and propose mitigations.
• Contribute to design reviews with reliability inputs across teams.
