Job summary

TalentFlex Solutions is seeking a Branch Manager in Chicago to lead a distribution operation of about 15 employees, with oversight of the St. Louis location and key airline customer relationships.

You will drive operational performance, coach the team, and align across operations, sales support, and customer service to meet branch objectives. Strong leadership and hands-on practical experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience within warehouse, distribution, logistics, operations, or supply chain.
• Experience managing teams in a hands-on operational environment.
• Background in industrial, automotive, heavy equipment, aviation, or parts distribution is a strong asset.
• Experience overseeing inventory, purchasing, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for a distribution operation.
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Create alignment across operations, sales support, and customer service.
• Oversee all warehouse and distribution functions including shipping, receiving, inventory management, purchasing, and logistics.
• Monitor KPIs and identify efficiency improvements.
• Implement process improvements while maintaining customer service.
