Curana Health, Inc. is seeking a mission-driven physician to deliver person-centered care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. You will lead clinically, mentor APPs, and advocate for residents while enjoying flexible scheduling and meaningful autonomy.

Travel to multiple facilities is required; you’ll work with evidence-based care, value-based models, and modern EMR systems. We offer leadership opportunities and a supportive infrastructure.

Qualificações

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of employment.
• Active DEA License.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide history and physicals on new patients and conduct routine rounds (min once per week).
• Partner with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to manage regulatory and complex patient visits.
• Oversee APP performance and mentor the team.
• Close quality gaps and drive improvements in patient outcomes.
• Advocate for patients and represent Curana Health’s mission in communities.
