Curana Health is seeking a physician to deliver high-quality, person-centered geriatric care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. You will be a trusted clinical leader, mentor APPs, and advocate for residents while enjoying a flexible schedule and autonomy in patient care.

We value physicians who want meaningful, autonomous work, with structured onboarding and support. Travel to assigned facilities is required and a DEA license is essential.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of employment.
• Active DEA license.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.
• Compassionate, motivated and a strong collaborator.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centered care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities.
• Lead and mentor APPs, driving regulatory and clinical excellence.
• Oversee APP performance and elevate care delivery.
• Close quality gaps and drive patient outcome improvements.
• Advocate for patients and represent Curana Health’s mission.
