Job summary

HealthYes Staffing Network seeks an experienced Physician Assistant for geriatric, facility-based care across South Florida. You’ll provide primary, preventive, and acute care to adult and elderly patients in ALF, ILF, and SNF settings with flexibility to organize daily tasks around patient and facility needs.

The role offers autonomy, physician support, and a productivity-driven compensation model of about $140,000-$160,000 annually depending on performance, with call rotation roughly monthly.

Qualifications

• Active Florida PA license
• Current NCCPA board certification
• Active DEA registration
• Prior clinical practice experience
• Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, post-acute care, SNF experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Ability to obtain professional liability/malpractice insurance

Responsibilities

• Provide primary, preventive, and acute care to adult and geriatric patients
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and routine follow-up visits
• Evaluate changes in condition and acute medical concerns
• Diagnose and manage chronic conditions (hypertension, diabetes, dementia)
• Manage medications and prescribe within Florida regulations
• Coordinate care with physicians, facility teams, and families
• Maintain documentation in eClinicalWorks
• Independently manage assigned patients and facility responsibilities

Skills

Active Florida PA license

Clinical practice experience
