• Structured succession with side-by-side mentorship and gradual patient handoff.
• Full-time schedule from day one with established referral network.
• 4-day week with 2 clinic days and 2 dedicated OR days, a weekday off.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to surgeon for a large regional service area.
• Input into your schedule and call structure.
• Room to add procedures, grow service lines, and develop clinical interests.
