Jackson Physician Search is assisting a hospital-employed General Surgery practice in South Dakota as a longtime surgeon nears retirement. Enter a well-established referral network with a structured transition and a mentor by your side, while shaping a durable, autonomous schedule.

You’ll work with an experienced OR team, influence call and scheduling, and have room to expand service lines and clinical interests in a community that values its doctors.

• Shape practice management for years to come while collaborating with an experienced OR team.
• Enjoy a 4-day week with 2 clinic days and 2 dedicated OR days, with a weekday off each week.
• Influence call structure, schedule, and growth of service lines and clinical interests.
