American Academy Of Family Physicians is seeking a General Surgeon to take over an existing hospital-employed practice as the current surgeon approaches retirement. You’ll enter a fully scheduled operation with a mentor, an established referral network, and a structured transition to autonomy.

The role offers a 4-day work week with two clinic days and two OR days, and clinicians will influence scheduling, call structure, and potential growth into new procedures and service lines.
